We’re happy to share the success of another great fundraising story. This time, it’s all thanks to the hard work of the Sullivan Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA). Through their fundraiser with Del’s Popcorn Shop, they brought in $1,505.45 in total sales, raising $752.73 to help cover the costs of an important trip for their student members.
Their goal? To support 10 students attending the state FCCLA convention, a three-day event where they’ll represent their school and compete in various leadership and career development events. This opportunity means a lot to these students, and the community came through to help make it happen.
“The Sullivan FCCLA is a great example of what we look for in our fundraising partners,” said Ellie Gross, Del’s national sales manager. “They’re dedicated, community-driven, and they’re giving students experiences they’ll remember for life. We’re honored to support their journey.”
Sullivan FCCLA
Sullivan FCCLA is part of a national student organization that helps young people grow as leaders in their families, careers, and communities. This particular group has earned the chance to take multiple student competitors to the state convention. The funds raised will help cover expenses like travel, lodging, and other costs involved in the trip. Every purchase through their fundraiser helped bring them one step closer to the goal. This showed just how much a small-town community can accomplish when they work together.
Del’s Popcorn Shop
Del’s is a gourmet popcorn and candy company based in Springfield, Illinois.
