Over the next few weeks, we want to introduce you to the Del's management team members and share a little about the key folks working hard across Central Illinois!
Rika Rhoades joined Del's Popcorn Shop in 2023. Since joining, Rika was promoted to the Production Manager and oversees the thousands of popcorn orders shipped from the Del's Midwest Fulfillment Center. She also plays a key role in our fundraisers, wholesale partnerships, new-product development and our California distribution channels.
Rika has excelled in various management positions in retail businesses across Illinois over the last decade and gained her first experience managing retail businesses during her years at Blackburn College.
In her free time, Rika loves to get lost in her Jeep Wrangler adventures. And, when she isn't riding the Jeep, she spends plenty of time with her 5 fur kids: Pumba, Jakey Jake, Jackson, Ollie, and Pixie.
