Springfield, IL – 03/10/2025 – Del’s Popcorn Shop (“Del’s” or “Company”) is thrilled to market another victory for a fantastic local organization. We successfully raised over $85 for Palm Beach Central Journalism which will be used for maintaining and purchase equipment and pay contest entry fees for all the journalism programs.

“The Palm Beach Central Journalism program is a great example of a worthy cause. They met all the criteria for us as a long-term organization partner.” Explained Ellie Gross, the Del’s national sales manager. “We love these organizations, and we love these kids. We are so happy we can play a part in their story.”

Palm Beach Central Journalism. The journalism program encompasses the yearbook, newspaper, and broadcast news. We are the school's eyes and ears, the storytellers, and the keepers of school history.

Del’s Popcorn Shop. Del’s is a gourmet retail popcorn and confectionary based in Springfield, IL. Del’s was stitched into the fabric of Central Illinois at a time after the Great Depression and before World War II. The ingredients and approach to creation is reminiscent of a bygone era.
