Shipping policy

At Del’s Popcorn Shop, every order is made with care and packed fresh. We believe that popcorn should arrive crisp, flavorful, and ready to enjoy - not stale from sitting in a warehouse. That’s why we plan our shipping schedule around product quality, not just speed.

Shipping Schedule

To ensure freshness, we do not ship orders after 1 PM CST on Fridays. Orders placed after this cutoff will be held and shipped the following Monday. This policy helps avoid having your order stuck in transit over the weekend, especially in warmer months or during holiday closures.

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed during high-volume seasons (like Christmas or Valentine’s Day) may require additional processing time, but we’ll always aim to ship as quickly and carefully as possible.

Processing Times

  • Orders ship within 24 hours (except weekends).
  • Orders placed after 1 PM CST on Fridays are processed the following Monday.

Shipping Rates

We offer free ground shipping on orders over $65. No code needed, this will be applied automatically at checkout. Shipping rates for orders under $65 are calculated based on your location and the selected delivery method.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We currently ship via USPS, UPS, DHL Express, and FedEx, depending on your location and the shipping method you select at checkout. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is on its way.

Note: We ship anywhere within the continental U.S. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Pickup & Local Delivery

We offer in-store pickup at checkout for your convenience. Simply select “Pick up” at checkout and your preferred Del’s Popcorn Shop location.
