How to Request a Refund

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at hello@delspopcornshop.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a description of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

Freshness-Related Concerns

We are not able to guarantee refunds on products that were delayed due to unsuccessful delivery attempts. To ensure the best experience, we recommend having someone available to receive the shipment when it arrives.

Non-Refundable Items

Due to their perishable nature and shipping sensitivity, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
