Monticello, IL – 11/21/2024 – Del’s Popcorn Shop (“Del’s” or “Company”) is thrilled to market another victory for a fantastic local organization. We successfully raised over $1,600 for Monticello High School’s band and choir programs which will be used for supporting the MHS music program on their upcoming trip as they travel to New York City in March. Every sale helps an individual student fund their trip. In New York, students will see two Broadway shows, participate in a Broadway workshop, and see some other iconic New York landmarks!

“The Monticello High School band and choir program is a great example of a worthy cause. They met all the criteria for us as a long-term community partner.” Explained Ellie Gross, the Del’s national sales manager. “We love these students, and we love making a difference in their educational experience. We are so happy we can play a part in their story.”

Monticello High School Band and Choir. The Monticello Band and Choir programs are well known in the central Illinois music community. Both participate in many competitions throughout the school year, students take much pride in the work they put into their practice.
