Gallery 510 & Del’s Team Up for Artistic Impact

At Del’s Popcorn Shop, we love seeing local creativity shine, and our recent fundraiser with Gallery 510 Art & Framing was a perfect example of community spirit in action. Together, we raised $26.99 through $53.98 in total sales, helping support the gallery’s ongoing efforts to keep art alive and thriving in Decatur.

Gallery 510 plans to use the funds to cover operating costs and future art exhibit expenses - two essential parts of maintaining their mission of nurturing artistic talent and cultural growth in Central Illinois.

Gallery 510 Art & Framing

Gallery 510 Art & Framing serves as a cornerstone for the Decatur art community. It offers local artists a welcoming space to display, sell, and develop their work.

Each year, the gallery shines a light on student creativity through two school art shows and partners with the Decatur Area Arts Council to organize beloved community events like Arts in Central Park.

In addition, its October National art exhibit brings inspiring works from across the country to the Madden Arts Center, turning Decatur into a hub for artistic appreciation and creativity.

Del’s Popcorn Shop

Del’s Popcorn Shop has been part of Central Illinois since the days between the Great Depression and World War II, when founder John Baldwin began selling popcorn and candy from his print shop in Mt. Zion.

What started as a small-town dream has grown into a gourmet popcorn and confectionery company known for its cooked-from-scratch treats - like caramel corn, cheddar cheese popcorn, fudge, and caramel apples.
